Job Summary:

Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, document, and implement new Salesforce features and enhancements.
Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Partner with UI/UX designers and content teams to create user-friendly and consistent interfaces.
Prepare technical specifications, prototypes, and user documentation for custom applications.
Develop workflow and data structure diagrams to visualize current and future processes.
Support process improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Integrate Salesforce solutions with enterprise systems and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Strong understanding of SOQL, SQL, and relational databases such as MySQL or MSSQL.
Skilled in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
Familiar with development tools such as VS Code, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
Exposure to cloud data platforms like Snowflake is an advantage.
