Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BI / Analytics Lead Dev/Architect with strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience in Looker Studio and/or Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA). The role involves leading analytics design, engaging with business stakeholders, and managing a BI development team.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design analytics solutions
Build and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and/or CRMA
Lead and mentor a BI/analytics development team
Design BI solutions using star/snowflake schemas, cubes, and ETL concepts
Write and optimize complex SQL queries
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across analytics platforms
Act as SME for Salesforce Sales domain analytics

Required Skills

7+ years in BI / Analytics roles
Strong SQL and large dataset handling experience
Hands-on Looker Studio and/or Salesforce CRMA experience
Salesforce Sales domain expertise (reports, dashboards, processes)
Advanced Google Sheets usage (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS)
Experience leading and mentoring analytics teams

Nice to Have

Power BI or Tableau experience
Exposure to ETL and data warehousing
Salesforce certifications (Tableau CRM / Einstein / Tableau Analyst)
