Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on

  Loyalty Cloud (Loyalty Management)

  features and functionality.
• Work with

  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows

  to build custom solutions.
• Configure and manage

  Loyalty Cloud data models

  including Members, Programs, Rules, Ledgers, and related objects.
• Perform Salesforce configuration and administrative tasks to support business processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using

  REST/SOAP APIs

  .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of Salesforce development experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management (Loyalty Cloud)

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows

  .
• Knowledge of

  Loyalty Cloud data models

  (Member, Program, Rule, Ledger, etc.).
• Experience with

  Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)

  .
• Exposure to

  loyalty program concepts

  such as points-based and tier-based models.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
