Salesforce Developer / Administrator

Location: Onsite – Bhopal

Job Description

Configure, customize, and maintain the Salesforce platform
Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
Create and manage workflows, flows, validation rules, and process automation
Handle user management, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
Integrate Salesforce with internal systems and third-party tools using APIs
Support end users, troubleshoot issues, and provide basic training
Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
Ensure data accuracy through regular maintenance and data cleanup

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration
Good understanding of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security framework
Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II)
Experience with Marketing Cloud
Hands-on experience with third-party integrations
Familiarity with Agile methodology, Git, and JIRA
Experience with Sandbox management and deployment processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
