We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Regular Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, workflows, flows, and process builders
Build and optimize reports and dashboards for business insights
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Ensure best practices for security, data integrity, and performance optimization
Perform unit testing, debugging, and support production deployments
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Apex
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
Familiarity with deployment tools (Change Sets, VS Code, Copado, etc.)
Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices
Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, App Builder, Admin)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
