Job Description: To support our clients needs, we are hiring a Salesforce Data Analyst to maintain data hygiene, create reports, and provide data insights to support decision-making across departments.

Salesforce Technologies Used:

• Tableau CRM / Tableau: For advanced data visualizations and dashboards.
• Data Loader / Data Import Wizard: Bulk data updates.
• Salesforce Reports & Dashboards: Built-in reporting tools for users.
• Datorama: For marketing performance data (if applicable).
• Slack Integration: Sends real-time reporting alerts or approvals.

Outcome Driven: Provides accurate, actionable insights to drive business KPIs and ensures high-quality data within the CRM.

IMPORTANT:

• The candidate must take ownership of project work and developing client relationship as they work with them.
• The candidate must be fluent in English both in writing and speaking and demonstrate confidence to work with US clients.
