Job Description: Join our India-based Salesforce team to serve as a liaison between Indian and global business units. You will lead requirement workshops, define functional specs, and collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate to user stories
• Drive documentation and testing support

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a Salesforce BA role
• Familiarity with Agile and Jira
• Salesforce certifications a plus

IMPORTANT:

• The candidate must take ownership of project work and developing client relationship as they work with them.
• The candidate must be fluent in English both in writing and speaking and demonstrate confidence to work with US clients.
