Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions. As a key player in the organization, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, optimize Salesforce processes, and enhance the overall efficiency of our Salesforce ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering:

     Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
  • Process Improvement:

     Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Salesforce platform to enhance business workflows.
  • Solution Design:

     Work with technical teams to design Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability and usability.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

     Analyze data trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
  • User Training:

     Facilitate training sessions and develop training materials to ensure end users understand and effectively utilize Salesforce functionality.
  • Testing & Validation:

     Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), ensure the system meets business needs, and validate changes made to the platform.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

     Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Documentation:

     Maintain and update Salesforce documentation, including process flows, business requirements, and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, data models, and workflows.
  • Proficient in writing detailed requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning interface and custom development (APEX, Visualforce).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
