Candidate Requirements

  • Total Experience:

     Minimum 3 years
  • Relevant Experience:

     At least 2 years, including a minimum of 1 year of recent hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Provide first-tier technical and process support for Business Operations platforms, including workflow management, customer profiles, and record adjustments.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for business users to drive adoption of new functionalities and productivity tools.
  • Investigate and resolve issues, concerns, and requests under general supervision.
  • Conduct periodic quality control checks and data audits.
  • Support the Business Operations Solutions team in daily management and maintenance of operational systems used across Advisors.
  • Assist with platform maintenance and enhancements as outlined in the operations roadmap for integration and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the I&E Support Admin Support team (8 members, global support).
  • Key tasks include technical/process support, workflow management, customer profile updates, and record adjustments.
  • Interact with Finance Controllership, GBSC, Tech, and L1 Support teams.

  1. Salesforce Applications Experience:

    • At least 1 year of recent, hands-on experience with Salesforce applications.
    • Experience in services & support, CRM systems, and analytics is highly valued.
  2. Operations & CRM Systems Experience:

    • Direct user or support experience in operations and CRM systems.
    • CRM experience of at least 6 months is an added advantage.
  3. Admin Support & Ticketing:

    • Proven ability to provide day-to-day admin support, resolve tickets, and deliver user support.
  • Communication Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and user support.
  • Support/Service Orientation:

    Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality support and service to internal stakeholders.

Additional Notes

  • Preferred:

     Salesforce background and application experience.
  • Language:

     English proficiency required (5/5).
  • Experience:

     Minimum 2 years overall experience, with at least 1 year in a relevant Salesforce role.
