Salesforce CRM Specialist

We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Specialist to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves custom development, integration, release management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs. You will be working in a US shift to support global operations.

What you will do

• Custom Development: Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Integration Expertise: Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other technologies.

• Code Optimization: Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices.

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Testing & Debugging: Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Release Management: Manage Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox management and version control (e.g., Git).

• Support Management: Provide global operations support to end-users using Jira.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for processes, customizations, and configurations.

• Best Practices: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement development standards.

• Collaboration: Work closely with administrators, architects, and business analysts to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.

• Continuous Learning: Enhance skills and stay current with Salesforce innovations.

What you bring

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce integrations.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party tools, and middleware platforms.

• Proficiency in SQL

• Proven experience in release management, sandbox handling, and version control (Git).

• Understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good team player.

Good-to-have skills

• Experience in MuleSoft integration or Python programming
