Salesforce CRM Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Salesforce CRM solutions for CPG / Food / Ingredients businesses. Your role will involve working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud, as well as supporting route-to-market, distributor management, field sales automation, and TPM. Additionally, you will collaborate on business process mapping and industry blueprinting, with exposure to ERP integrations with Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and optimize Salesforce CRM solutions for CPG / Food / Ingredients businesses - Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud - Support route-to-market, distributor management, field sales automation, and TPM - Collaborate on business process mapping and industry blueprinting - Exposure to ERP integrations with Salesforce Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of Salesforce consulting / implementation experience - Proven exposure to CPG / FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Ingredients domains - Strong understanding of CRM best practices and solution architecture In addition, the preferred background for this role includes experience with Salesforce partners serving CPG / Food industries.
