About the Role You are an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer with over 3 years of experience, joining a high-performing team at LexisNexis Legal & Professional. Your role will involve customizing CPQ processes and ensuring scalable, out-of-the-box architecture across the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Salesforce CPQ developer, you will work independently and collaboratively, contributing to enterprise-wide Salesforce CPQ initiatives. Your deep technical expertise in Sales Cloud, strong Data Model, and solution-oriented mindset will play a critical role in driving the success of Sales Transformation initiatives and continuous improvement. Responsibilities - Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ - Must have Salesforce CPQ certification - Build new Salesforce CPQ features and capabilities to solve business problems effectively, including configuring product bundles, pricing rules, advanced approval workflows, and validation rules - Understand Quote-to-Order processes, product structures, configurations, and pricing - Experience with Salesforce CPQ features such as price rules, discount models, product catalogs, quote generation, and approval workflows - Analyze business requirements and translate them into customized solutions using the Salesforce platform - Implement CPQ solutions following platform best practices, including custom platform development, integrations, and data migrations - Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools like Flows, Workflows, Formulas, and email Alerts - Provide expertise on configuration, code, and off-the-shelf products usage - Support application by analyzing and fixing defects, troubleshooting functional and performance issues, and participating in peer code reviews and unit testing - Assist in each release cycle for application implementation and deployment - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business teams, product teams, and consultants - Participate in UAT and production deployments to ensure successful project delivery - Perform bug fixes, refactor legacy code, and drive quality improvements Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field - Experience with multi-org and multi-currency Salesforce implementations - 3+ years of Salesforce development experience - Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Loader, Relational Database, SQL, SOQL, Flows, Automation, Apex, Integration, LWC, and JavaScript - Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado and Jira - Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification Additional Details LexisNexis Legal & Professional provides legal, regulatory, and business information and analytics globally, helping customers increase productivity, improve decision-making, and advance the rule of law.
