🚀 We are hiring: Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst (BSA) 🚀

📍 Location: Remote

🕐 Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Job Description:

8–10 years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst in Salesforce implementations & support.

Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes within Salesforce and integrated platforms (e.g., NetSuite).

Salesforce CPQ Cloud experience is mandatory; certification is highly preferred.

Expertise in end-to-end product configuration & pricing setup – standalone, bundled, and nested bundle products, product rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing, and discounting rules.

Hands-on with Advanced Approvals (Quote/Quote Line level approvals, Smart Approvals).

Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows, and use cases, along with data analysis.

Familiarity with Agile methodology (backlog grooming, sprint demos, modeling sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Strong analytical skills with experience in root-cause analysis.

Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, SQL/SOQL queries for data migration & integration projects.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Highly motivated self-starter with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
