About the Role:

SOX Audit BSA

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support

  SOX compliance

  initiatives across Salesforce and related business processes.
• Conduct walkthroughs, risk assessments, and testing to ensure

  SOX control design and effectiveness

  .
• Work with control owners to design and implement effective

  ITGCs (IT General Controls)

  and

  business process controls

  .
• Identify and resolve

  SOD conflicts

  within Salesforce user roles.
• Partner with

  Internal and External Audit

  teams to address findings and ensure remediation plans are executed.
• Develop and maintain

  process flows

  ,

  risk and control matrices

  , and related

  SOX documentation

  .
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
• Support

  Order Management / Order-to-Cash processes

  and ensure compliance within Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce workflows, flows, and basic configurations to support compliance and business needs.
• Document functional flow diagrams and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years

  of overall experience, with significant exposure to

  SOX Audits

  and

  Salesforce Administration

  .
• Strong

  Hi-Tech consulting background

  and functional experience.
• Proven experience with

  SOX and SOD compliance

  in Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of

  Salesforce security controls

  ,

  data governance

  , and

  audit trails

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  identifying and resolving SOD conflicts

  .
• Knowledge of

  Order Management (Order to Cash)

  processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with

  cross-functional teams

  and stakeholders.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (

  highly desirable

  ).
• Excellent

  documentation

  and

  analytical

  skills.
• Self-starter, motivated, well-organized, and eager to learn.
