Salesforce Consumer & Goods Cloud Sr Dev/Lead/Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design:

  Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Core and Consumer Goods Cloud, focusing on scalability and technical excellence.

• Requirement Translation :

  Understand and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and solution designs on the Salesforce platform.

• Integration Expertise:

  Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other internal and external systems, leveraging standard integration patterns.

• Industry Expertise:

  Apply deep knowledge of Consumer Goods industry best practices to deliver solutions that meet specific needs and drive business value.

• Technical Leadership:

  Lead technical design reviews, conduct code reviews, and enforce architectural standards to maintain solution quality and integrity.

• Mentorship and Guidance:

  Provide technical consultation and guidance, mentor junior team members, and assist in pre-sales efforts by creating reusable assets.

• Technical Documentation:

  Create and maintain essential technical documentation, including system landscape diagrams, solution architecture diagrams, and data dictionaries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Expertise:

  Strong understanding of enterprise-grade architecture principles and the ability to model processes, data structures, and information flows.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including integration patterns and best practices.

• Leadership & Communication:

  Proven ability to lead workshops, facilitate technical discussions, and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and identify opportunities for business value.

• Industry Experience:

  Experience working within the consumer goods industry is often a significant advantage.

• Salesforce Certifications:
