Role Overview: At Crowe, as a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, you will be a vital part of the project team, bridging the gap between business challenges and technical solutions for clients. Your role entails understanding client requirements, developing custom solutions, and implementing innovative real-world solutions using Salesforce best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Display expertise as a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, with the ability to comprehend data models, solutions, system integrations, and configure the Salesforce platform accordingly - Proficient in all aspects of Salesforce automation, including Flows - Collaborate with Solution Architects or Engagement Leads for project implementation and architectural design, delivering on assigned workstreams - Demonstrate a desire to enhance Salesforce skills and share knowledge with others - Show initiative, drive, and ownership in achieving quality outcomes - Analyze complex client objectives and processes to create technical and training documentation, including client demos and end-user training - Participate in quality assurance of completed work - Share responsibility for project success with the project manager and delivery team members Qualification Required: - Multiple Salesforce certifications with a minimum of 3+ years of experience configuring Salesforce in full life-cycle CRM engagements across various industries and clouds - Certifications required: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant Accredited Professional, Salesforce CPQ Specialist - Configuration expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Revenue Cloud - Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills - Structured problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach - Ability to build relationships based on trust and work cooperatively - Possess a growth mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, innovative environment - Uphold company policies and procedures, including best practices for working with data - Exceptional client service skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities - Maintain daily time logs for client and project reporting Additional Details: - Work Timings: 2 PM-11 PM IST - Uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship - Special consideration for candidates with deep experience in Revenue Cloud, including Apex Class & Trigger Development, QCP, Contract Renewals & Amendments, Product & Pricing Configuration, Price Rule & Product Rule Configuration, Advanced Approvals, Output Document Configuration, Salesforce Billing, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, and ERP Integrations (Note: The company's benefits and background information have been omitted as per the instructions),
