  • 6+ years of proven experience in Salesforce solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce and Industry Clouds.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas in Salesforce services/solutions.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and convert relationships into revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network within the Salesforce ecosystem (customers, Salesforce teams, partners).
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce consulting partners or system integrators.
  • Exposure to regulated industries.
  • Salesforce certifications would be an added advantage.
  • Drive and implement goto market strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs, IT, and business stakeholders.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities involving Salesforce implementations, integrations, or managed services.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
  2. Client Engagement

    • Understand clients business needs and propose suitable Salesforce solutions (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
    • Conduct client presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
  3. Collaboration with Technical Teams

    • Work closely with Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects to design and deliver customized solutions.
    • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  4. Sales Strategy & Account Management

    • Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
    • Manage relationships with key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Market Research & Partnerships

    • Stay up to date with Salesforce trends, products, and updates
