Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
Translate business needs into
user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
.
Work closely with Salesforce admins/developers to design and validate solutions.
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements tailored to utility operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Billing, Customer Care, Field Ops, IT).
Prepare project documentation and assist in deployment/go-live activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with
Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud
.
Background with CIS systems (e.g., SAP IS-U, Oracle Utilities), AMI, or OMS.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, App Builder).
Prior experience supporting U.S. utility clients or regulated industries.
