• Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud (or similar custom implementation for Healthcare) , Sales/Service Cloud • Strong understanding of healthcare industry processes (payer, provider, claims, patient/member journeys) • Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and healthcare SMEs to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements • Translate healthcare-specific business processes • Conduct workshops, interviews, and joint application design sessions • Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications • Proficiency in writing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, PHI data handling, and regulatory requirements
• Understanding and experience in Customer 360
• Understanding of Salesforce revenue cloud or equivalent custom implementation • Experience in requirement documentation of integrations using APIs, ETL, Productize integration (e.g., MuleSoft)
