What You'll Do Working knowledge of the APEX language Build both sides of an API endpoint based on that (catch a request to salesforce and send a request to our software) Design, configure, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions. Manage user setup, profiles, and roles to ensure efficient administration and support of our Salesforce environment. Optimize and build a custom integration for our free trial product (instead.com), which leverages CPQ and Salesforce Billing. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering processes, policies, configurations, and user guides. Create and manage validation rules and custom workflows to streamline operational processes. Conduct intermediate user testing by developing test plans, creating user test cases, and coordinating testing efforts. Perform regular audits to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity. Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases and AppExchange improvements to drive system enhancements. What You'll Need Deep understanding of SALESFORCE CPQ and working knowledge of SALESFORCE Billing Must have familiarity with Apex Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other business applications preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience 4+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience Working knowledge of dynamic dashboards and report builder Experience working in Lightning Apps, Process Automation, Integrations, Users (Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles), Fields, and Objects. Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model Experience with Salesforce change management Excel in a collaborative environment; we work with Legal, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, and product teams. Release & environment management (i.e.: deployments).
