Your proficiency in programming languages such as APEX, Core Java, and JavaScript is crucial, with 3-5 years of experience in these languages. Experience with tools like Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, and AutoRABIT is required, with a preference for Agile methodology and experience in SAFe methodology. Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential as you will be working in an onshore/offshore support model, collaborating with offshore teams.
