Salesforce Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications and solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions, customizing and configuring Salesforce features, integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, and providing ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications. Additionally, you will optimize the performance, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform, ensure data integrity and user access security, stay updated with Salesforce best practices, and lead code reviews and mentoring activities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and solutions. - Perform hands-on development using Salesforce tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce API. - Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions. - Customize and configure Salesforce features to enhance user experience and process efficiency. - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems. - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Salesforce applications. - Optimize performance, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform. - Ensure data integrity and security of user access on the Salesforce platform. - Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, releases, and new features. - Lead code reviews, mentoring, and training junior developers. - Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and technical specifications. Qualification Required: - At least 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. - Strong experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning App Builder. - Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization. - Knowledge of Salesforce integration methods and data modeling. - Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and relational databases. - Salesforce certifications are preferred. - Proficiency in Agile development environments and version control systems. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Strong understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can improve them. Additional Company Details: The job is a Night Shift position based on the EST Time zone. The work location is remote, and the preferred location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud, familiarity with front-end technologies, and experience with other cloud platforms and applications like AWS or Microsoft Azure. Mentoring or leading teams is considered a plus.
