Salesforce Architect

You will be responsible for delivering the technology strategy for Salesforce use. As a Salesforce Architect with Salesforce Experience Cloud expertise at Red Hat, you will work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders to define future-state technology architectures and roadmap that align with the business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand potential opportunities and recommend solutions - Rapidly testing hypotheses, setting up and demoing Salesforce functionality, and guiding the development team for demos - Producing artifacts to guide technical teams towards meaningful business outcomes - Providing oversight for technical work to ensure platform standards are followed - Monitoring and maintaining platform health using KPIs for performance, data quality, technical debt, and agility - Maintaining up-to-date documentation of current state architecture, data flows, and integrations for Sales and Support applications - Acting as technical tier 4 for unresolved inquiries within the purview of the role - Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory and overall data compliance and adherence to business process controls Qualifications required for this role: - 7-10 years of Salesforce Development or advanced admin experience with 3+ years as an application/platform architect - Certifications in Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or Salesforce Systems Architect - Strong experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud for Partner Relationship Management - Extensive experience in complex compensation logic, rewards, incentive rules, Rebate Management, and Loyalty management - Deep understanding of Sales and Service Cloud - Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, align architectural designs, and provide technical guidance to delivery teams - Expertise in complex Salesforce Flow design, integrations, and aligning with BPMN-based business processes - Extensive knowledge of Salesforce governor limits - Effective interpersonal skills and thorough understanding of the Sales domain - Experience with agile development methodologies Red Hat is the world's leading provider of enterprise open-source software solutions, using a community-powered approach for high-performing technologies.
