About the Role:

Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Define best practices for Salesforce development, integration, security, and data management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, administrators, and integration teams.
• Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
• Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products, AppExchange solutions, and third-party integrations.
• Oversee system configuration, customization, and development efforts.
• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and technical documentation.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, emerging tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM with at least 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, REST APIs, middleware tools).
• Expertise in data modeling, security model, and role hierarchy in Salesforce.
• Experience in CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps for Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect / Technical Architect preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
