Role: Sales / Business Development Manager – Private Label

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business for our factory by leveraging your network, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire

  new private label clients

  in kidswear/boyswear/babywear segments.
• Leverage your existing

  industry network and buyer relationships

  to bring consistent orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with sourcing heads, designers, buying houses, and retailers.
• Understand buyers’ requirements and coordinate with our design, sampling, and production teams.
• Lead client presentations, costing discussions, and follow-ups.
• Achieve sales targets and drive steady order flow for the factory.

Requirements

+ years experience

buyers, sourcing managers, brands, and MBOs

✅ Proven track record of generating orders for an apparel factory

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✅ Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel if required

✅ Knowledge of kidswear, fabrics, trims, and production will be an added advantage
