Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales/Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Sales/Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting DKD STRUCTURES LLP's services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met and attending industry events to network and promote the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong understanding of market research and analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Familiarity with the construction or steel detailing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
