Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development role located at Gurugram. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, customer service, market research, and communication. You will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's products and services ( interiors fit outs for new real estate project and old alike)
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors in the industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate new business leads through networking and cold calling.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop customized solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Real estate sales background or sales in similar field (interiors contracting/fit outs) is preferred.
• Analytical Skills and Market Research skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Lead Generation skills and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in Sales and Business Development or Customer Service is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the interior design/fit-outs/contracting industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
