Sales/Business Development Manager

As a Branch Manager with 5 or more years of experience in a Chits Company, you will play a crucial role in meeting sales targets, production goals, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your primary focus will be on managing resources, staff, and operations while driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a results-driven individual with a strong knowledge of Flexi Loan and Business Loan products. Your responsibilities will include: - Leadership: Managing staff, overseeing sales, marketing, and budgeting activities - Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all branch activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements - Problem Solving: Addressing team concerns, resolving conflicts, and motivating staff members - Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders - Branch Operations: Managing day-to-day branch operations effectively - Sales: Achieving sales and collections targets for the branch - Customer Service: Ensuring the branch provides top-notch customer service - Compliance: Ensuring adherence to banking regulations and policies This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, requiring 3 years of experience in the Chits industry.
