This position requires a results-driven individual with a strong knowledge of Flexi Loan and Business Loan products. Your responsibilities will include: - Leadership: Managing staff, overseeing sales, marketing, and budgeting activities - Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all branch activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements - Problem Solving: Addressing team concerns, resolving conflicts, and motivating staff members - Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders - Branch Operations: Managing day-to-day branch operations effectively - Sales: Achieving sales and collections targets for the branch - Customer Service: Ensuring the branch provides top-notch customer service - Compliance: Ensuring adherence to banking regulations and policies This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, requiring 3 years of experience in the Chits industry.
