Sales - Wheeled Assets

As an experienced professional with over 2 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for delivering month-on-month targets of Loan Disbursals for Used Car Loans. Your primary objectives will include achieving key business metrics such as IRR (Internal Return Rate), Fee Income, Cross-Sell opportunities, and maintaining a balanced Business Mix. In this role, you will be required to efficiently manage and collect bounce cases falling under Bucket X while ensuring a high resolution percentage. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in tracking and updating Post Disbursal Documents (PDD) and Registering Certificates (RC) with Hypothecation of HFCL. Your responsibilities will also involve identifying, recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating a team of retainers within the allocated budget headcount. Furthermore, you will be expected to support the sale of repossessed stock to minimize losses and adhere to all established guidelines and policies. Building a strong network of channel partners, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and dealers to drive business growth will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to lead your team of retainers to achieve direct business targets while ensuring excellent service delivery to channel partners to foster positive relationships and business expansion. Monitoring and improving Average Dealer Satisfaction Score and Customer Satisfaction Score, tracking competition activities for market intelligence, reviewing and controlling the portfolio of the location, ensuring quality control on sales, implementing strong supervisory control on the team, and managing customer complaints and grievances will also be part of your responsibilities.
