Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals, focusing on quality and quantity of Two-Wheeler, Cross Sell loans in given Cluster
Maintaining relationship with Manufacturing team and work closely with them
Developing strategies and business plans for further growth of Hero FinCorp business in his Cluster.
Ensure Hero FinCorp presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the Cluster
Competition mapping, keeping track of competition in market & be updated on all market trends.
Maintaining relationships with key channel partners/Dealers.
Monitoring the schemes, Team performance, training and managing Territory Managers. Gate keeper of processes at the ground . Ensuring quality of sales and collection
Resolving Customer escalations and grievances
Cluster level achievements of budgeted numbers, in line with company budgets.
Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance.
