Sales - Travel Insurance

As a Travel Insurance Sales professional, you will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-evolving domain. Your role will involve building and expanding partnerships to drive revenue and impact. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in broking, B2B development, or strategic alliances. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate effectively, and consistently deliver sales performance will be crucial. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing broker networks and channel partnerships to ensure consistent performance and target achievement. - Identifying, pitching, and onboarding new business partnerships such as travel agents, OTAs, and aggregators. Managing partner relationships end-to-end, including contract negotiation and account performance. - Building and managing alliances with digital platforms, fintechs, insurtechs, and other travel-related businesses. Collaborating with internal teams to develop joint offerings and go-to-market plans. - Engaging with corporates for group and employee travel insurance solutions. Closing enterprise-level opportunities by working with decision-makers in HR, Admin, and Travel Heads. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 2-10 years of experience in travel insurance sales, either with a broker or an insurer. - Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. - Knowledge of the travel or insurance ecosystem will be an added advantage.,
