The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales training, coaching, and development to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver sales training programs for new and existing employees Improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling skills Conduct training sessions, role-plays, and workshops to boost team performance Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics Work closely with sales managers to identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training Requirements: Minimum 2 year of experience as a Trainer Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs Experience in sales processes, objection handling, and customer interactions Knowledge of CRM and sales tools is a plus Interested candidates can apply now!Role & responsibilities .
