Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer, located in the Mohali district. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting sales training sessions, developing training materials, and improving sales staff performance. Day-to-day tasks include creating and delivering presentations, assessing training effectiveness, supporting the onboarding process of new sales team members, and providing continuous professional development for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and proven abilities in Sales Trainings
• Experience in Training & Development and effective Communication
• Customer Service skills and a commitment to improving sales staff performance
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Prior experience in sales training in a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
