Job Description

As a Sales Trainer in the L&D department based in Chennai with On-Site work mode, your role involves strategic development, program management, training delivery, collaboration and communication, performance tracking, content development, and team leadership. Sales training experience is mandatory for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Development: - Develop and execute targeted sales training programs for the Insurance, Automobile, or Financial sectors aligned with company sales goals. - Conduct needs assessments and market research to identify industry-specific training needs. - Program Management: - Design and manage training programs for new hires and existing sales personnel. - Ensure training content is relevant to industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Training Delivery: - Lead engaging training sessions using various learning methods. - Provide one-on-one coaching to sales teams for effective application of training concepts. - Collaboration and Communication: - Partner with senior leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives. - Communicate training plans and results to stakeholders. - Performance Tracking: - Establish metrics to evaluate training program success. - Analyze feedback and performance data for continuous improvement. - Content Development: - Create and maintain training materials tailored to sector-specific scenarios. - Ensure content accuracy and compliance with sector requirements. - Team Leadership: - Manage and develop a team of training professionals. - Cultivate a high-performance training culture within the team. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in sales training with 3-5 years in a senior role. - Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage projects, and collaborate effectively. Skills: - In-depth knowledge of sales processes in the Insurance, Automobile, or Financial sectors. - Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness. - Proficiency in training technologies and platforms. Preferred Attributes: - Experience in a high-growth or large-scale organization in the Insurance, Automobile, or Financial sector. - Advanced certification in training and development. - Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.,
