Job Description

To plan and schedule training sessions.
 Conduct Just Dial Trainings and ensure compliance to various Trainings and Training evaluationsas per laid down procedures. Motivate the participants to achieve set sales targets through constant Training support. Prepare weekly Training Calendar as per defined procedures. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees with managers. To prepare report after evaluating all trainees. Document the individual trainings including trainee assessments and feedbacks. To interact with various stakeholders in order to finalize the training calendar for the month. To conduct Training Need Analysis and report training needs for the location. Updating Training documentations on the Trainer’s portal.Objective / purpose of the role : Maximizes sales representative effectiveness by determining and solving training needsRole skills:· Presentation - structuring and communicating ideas, using visual aids.· Facilitation - managing activities, eliciting contributions and learning· Coaching and mentoring skills· Trouble-shooter - insightful, innovative· Creativity
