Sales Trainer - Inside Sales

The Sales Trainer position involves conducting training, feedback, and refresher courses for the sales team (Telecalling staff). You will collaborate with the sales staff to identify issues employees are facing and work towards maximizing their effectiveness through training programs. Responsibilities include analyzing day-to-day training needs, auditing calls, creating training curriculums, developing training materials, conducting training sessions (both online and in classroom settings), and exploring new approaches for program enhancements. Additionally, you will collect feedback from trainers and trainees, measure trainee performance, coordinate with external trainers and managers, and maintain training records. Skills gap analysis, learning material preparation, and evaluation of results post-training are also part of the role. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Anatomy, or a relevant Science field, along with 1-2 years of proven experience in a Sales Training Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices, excellent communication skills (both oral and written), the ability to measure employee performance, motivate others, and provide outstanding coaching are essential. Time management, customer service, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills are necessary, alongside the ability to multitask effectively when required.,
