Sales Trainer

As an experienced Functional Training Manager, your role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of employees. You should have a strong background in sales training, adult learning principles, and Financial service products. Key Responsibilities: - Identify training needs by analyzing performance data, customer feedback, and leaders feedback. - Design, develop, and deliver training programs focusing on product knowledge, sales skills, and soft skills. - Deliver training programs through various channels such as classroom training, online webinars, and on-the-job training. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by assessing participant learning, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain sales & service enablement tools like sales guides, product sheets, and presentation materials. - Collaborate with leaders, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business objectives. - Manage the training budget effectively to maximize resources utilization. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. - Minimum 8+ years of experience in functional training, preferably in the financial services industry. - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, sales training methodologies, and NBFC products. - Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.,
