Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Telecalling Executive located in Patna. The Sales Telecalling Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to generate leads, promoting solar solutions, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Daily tasks include maintaining a customer database, providing detailed product information, addressing customer queries, and following up with potential clients to close sales. The role also involves achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and telecalling skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and lead generation
• Ability to explain technical terms and products to customers effectively
• Experience in sales and marketing
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Basic knowledge of solar energy and related products is a plus
• Proficiency in languages spoken in Bihar (Hindi, English)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work in various shifts as required
