Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Telecaller located in Indore. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls, managing customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and generating sales leads. Additional tasks include maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, cold calling, and lead generation
• Ability to manage and document customer records
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the industrial safety or related industry is advantageous
