Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of B2B sales executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the IT services/media domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Create effective sales strategies and execution plans.
  • Drive team performance through regular training, goal setting, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns.
  • Monitor sales metrics and generate regular reports for management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals with prospective clients.

Desired Skills:

  • Good communication skill ( Hindi & English)
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales (preferably in IT services or media sales).
  • Team leadership or supervisory experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT service solutions and client business needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
