Sales Team Leader

Role: Team Leader Sales Location: Bikaner Key Responsibilities 100% Field Sales Role – Responsible for consultative selling, meeting retail businesses, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. Prepare daily in-office before meeting prospective clients. Manage a team of on-ground sales executives responsible for selling paid subscription packages. Ensure effective hiring, training, performance management, and retention of the sales team. Conduct daily team meetings to drive qualitative and quantitative performance indicators. Own the sales funnel, monitor conversions, and continuously improve overall sales productivity. Closely track and monitor key input KPIs (such as Data Leads and Hot Leads) to boost productivity. Drive team performance through structured incentive programs and sales promotions. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per SOP. Submit timely and accurate reports in prescribed formats. Achieve individual sales targets and support team members in achieving theirs. Accompany executives on joint sales calls when required. QualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate in any stream. Minimum 60% marks in Graduation or 12th Standard. Minimum 4 years of total work experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead role. Relevant industry experience preferred (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Quikr, BYJU’S, Magicbricks).
