Urgent Required Team Leader Position Title: Team Leader – Sales Company Name- Bharat Pay Location: Jalandhar Reporting to: Area Manager / Senior Manager – Sales Team size: ~5-10 Field Sales Executives Employment type: Full-time, Field based with travel Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and manage a team of 5-10 FSEs: assign territories, set daily/weekly targets, monitor performance, conduct regular team meetings/huddle. Team Leading and tracking machanism. Qualifications & Experience Minimum education: Minimum Graduate Experience: Typically 2-3 years in field sales in fintech/merchant payments/point-of-sale/EDC/QR business, with at least 1 year in a team-lead or supervisory role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in payments or commerce environment. Strong leadership, people-management skills: ability to coach, motivate, provide feedback and drive performance. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and basic English proficiency (for many roles) Own two-wheeler vehicle + valid driving license + willingness to travel/supervise field team. (Often required in field-intensive roles) Good analytical/monitoring skills: comfortable with reports, tracking numbers, deriving insights from field data. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, handle escalations and manage multiple priorities. Preferred: Experience in fintech, QR/PoS acquisition, merchant lifecycle, transaction/activation business. Salary- 25k to 28k NTH + Pf + Mediclaim insurance + Incentives . Share your cv -8847520967
