Responsibilities: - Managing the overall operations of the sales team. - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence. - Achieving growth and meeting sales targets through effective team management, including assessing the team's strengths and weaknesses. - Generating business by arranging sales visits for existing leads, identifying and converting prospects, and nurturing client relationships. - Identifying business opportunities through new channels and channel partners. - Engaging with prospects, establishing connections, and recommending suitable solutions to drive sales. - Supporting, informing, and guiding clients to maintain client relationships and suggesting enhancements in profitability and services. - Overseeing the sales process utilizing specific software programs. Requirements: - MBA & B.
