Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Expand the customer base and extend the company's reach to both existing and potential customers through effective sales strategies.
Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to devise order booking strategies for Compact Sub Stations (CSS) and AIS Panels, ensuring all techno-commercial expectations of customers are met.
Coordinate with the internal design team to ensure timely submission and approval of drawings.
Work with Order Management Group to provide a satisfactory experience for customers during inspections.
Provide post-sales customer support and coordinate with the Customer Care team.
Strive for customer satisfaction at every stage of the customer experience, from offer submission to commissioning.
Foster relationships with CML customers to increase market share.
Develop and manage yearly and monthly Capex and OPEX budgets.
Achieve targets for debtor days payment collection and gross margin.
Lead team development in both technical skills and soft skills.
Maintain and present updates and reports regularly.

Looking Sales Team Leader - MV Panels (Medium Voltage) from Switch-gear industry.
Experience-18-20 Years, Job Location-Noida (HO), Qualification- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Note- Must have experience in the MV Panels.
