🚀 Sales Team Leader – Haridwar Branch | Urgent Hiring( Saraswati – 7055310456) 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Annual Bonus + Performance Bonus + Incentive per vehicle ₹700–800 + Quarterly Bonus (based on performance) 📍 Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand 🕒 Immediate Joining Preferred 🧩 Role Overview-We are seeking a target-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales executives, drive revenue, and ensure the branch meets its sales targets. ✨ Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of 5 sales executives. Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure sales goals are achieved. Motivate the sales team and maintain high performance standards. Track and evaluate performance metrics for the team. Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team management. Ensure smooth coordination between branch operations and sales activities. 🎯 Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in the auto industry (Electric Vehicle experience is a plus). Strong leadership and team management skills. Highly target-driven and results-oriented.
