Team Leader – Personal & Business Loans Department: Loan Sales (Retail & SME) Location:Alkapuri , Baroda Type: 10:00 to 6:30pm 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Manage a team handling both Personal Loan and Business Loan sourcing. Allocate leads, monitor performance, and ensure daily/monthly targets are met. Guide team on customer profiling – salaried & self-employed. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with credit policies. Coordinate with credit/ops for smooth processing & disbursal. Prepare and share MIS/sales reports regularly. ✅ Requirements:Graduate / Under Graduate 3+ years of loan sales experience (PL/BL), with 1+ year as Team Leader Knowledge of banking, ITRs, CIBIL, GST, and credit norms Strong leadership, communication & sales skills Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
