Job Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Personal & Business Loans Department: Loan Sales (Telesales) Location: Vadodara Gujarat Employment Type: Full-time 10 to 6:30pm 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Call potential customers for Personal and Business Loans. Explain loan products, eligibility, and documents required. Generate leads. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS. Maintain call records, update CRM, and ensure proper follow-ups. Achieve daily call targets and monthly login/disbursal goals. ✅ Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred 6 months – 2 years of telesales or loan calling experience Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/Gujarati/English) Basic knowledge of loan products (PL & BL) preferred Target-oriented with a positive attitude 💡 Preferred Skills (One-line):Strong communication, loan product knowledge, lead follow-up, CRM handling, customer convincing, and sales mindset.
