Telesales Executive

As a successful candidate for this position, you will be utilizing your good communication skills to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in order to promote our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate information about the company's offerings and address any inquiries to assist customers in making informed decisions. You will be required to maintain a database of customers by diligently entering and updating account information. Building strong rapport and nurturing long-term relationships with customers will be crucial for this role. Additionally, you will need to follow up with leads and keep track of all communications in the CRM system. Meeting individual and team sales targets will be imperative to contribute to the overall growth of the company. Your role will also involve gathering customer feedback and effectively reporting it to the sales and marketing teams. Attending training sessions to enhance your knowledge and performance will be an integral part of this position. This is a full-time, permanent, or internship opportunity with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is preferred. The work location is in person, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with customers and build strong relationships.,
