● Lead a team of sales or dealing executives and monitor daily performance.
● Drive client acquisition for demat and trading accounts and brokerage generation, .Achieve team sales targets for equity broking and other financial products.
● Train, motivate, and mentor team members to enhance productivity and product knowledge.
● Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal policies.
● Handle escalated client queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
● Monitor and report sales metrics and KPIs to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments (research, operations, compliance) to support business growth.
